This hexagon would be amazing for so many different projects!
A tiny polka dot inside of a hexie!

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example hexagon
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a I hook for my example hexagon – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers

Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK

Pattern:
Pick your favorite way to start a circle or square, playlist above!
Row 1: Make your circle, CH 3, make 12 DC into the circle, SL ST into the 1st CHs made to complete your row
Row 2: (Start at any ST) CH 2, 1 DC into same ST, *2 DC into next ST, repeat from * around, SL ST into the 1st CHs made to complete your row
Row 3: (Start at any ST) CH 5, 1 DC into same ST, *DC into next ST, HDC into next ST, DC into next ST, (DC, CH 2, DC) into next ST, repeat from * around, SL ST into the 1st CHs made to complete your row
Row 4: (Start at any corner, previous CH 2 space) CH 1, SC into same space, SC into same space, *1 SC into each ST across to next corner, 3 SC into corner space, repeat from * around, SL ST into the 1st CH made to complete your row
