To start make chains in the multiple of 3 + 1
I made 157 chain for my example blanket
Row 1: 1 DC into the 4th CH from your hook
1 DC into the next CH
*Make 1 CH, Skip 1 CH
Make 1 DC into each of the next 3 CHs
Repeat the steps above from * for the rest of this row
Row 2: Make 3 CHs
Skip 1 ST, make 1 DC into the next ST
Make 1 CH, Skip 1 ST
Make 1 DC into the next CH 1 space, then 1 DC into each of the next 2 STs
From this point on the pattern will be similar. You'll have 3 DC + 1 DC space. Then you'll move that CH space by 1 spot to make this zig zag pattern. I have shown above how my zig zag was made. 4 going left or right. The the 4th CH space counting as the 1st CH space of the next zig zag. It's an open interpretation pattern, because you can make you zig zags as big as you want. Depending on what you want.
I made 4 zigs one way then switched my zags to the other way.
This is what your Holographic Hexagon Blanket should look like when completed!
