Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Extended Front Post Single Crochet Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And be familiar with the regular Front Post Single Crochet Stitch, tutorial here!
First you will insert your hook in the space between the stitch you just worked into and the next stitch you will work, around that stitch and your hook will poke out around the other side. (Shown Above)
Pull the yarn you're working with around the back of that stitch, then yarn over and pull through one loop on your hook, leaving 2 loops (Shown Above)
Then yarn over again and pull that yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook (Shown Above)
This is what the Extended Front Post Single Crochet Stitch should look like when completed!
