Row 1: Make 1 DC into the 3rd CH from your hook

Starting our 1st Linked DC ST:
*Insert your hook into the middle loop of the DC (Or linked DC) just made, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Insert your hook into the next CH, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Yarn over your hook
This is where you will finish the stitch like a regular DC

Take that yarn through 2 loops

Yarn over your hook

Take that yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook

Repeat the steps above from * for the rest of your row

Row 2: Make 2 CHs

We'll be using the CHs we just made like the middle loop of a previous DC or Linked DC
Insert your hook into the 2nd CH you made, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Insert your hook into the next ST, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Yarn over your hook
This is where you will finish the stitch like a regular DC

Take that yarn through 2 loops

Yarn over your hook

Take that yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook

Start our next Linked DC ST:
*Insert your hook into the middle loop of the DC (Or linked DC) just made, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Insert your hook into the next ST, grab the yarn you're working with and pull it through

Yarn over your hook
This is where you will finish the stitch like a regular DC

Take that yarn through 2 loops

Yarn over your hook

Take that yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook

Repeat the steps above from * for the rest of your row
Repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
