Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Crochet Quad Shell Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), tutorial here! And how to make the Quad Crochet Stitch, I have a tutorial here!
A Shell Stitch is simply a bunch of stitches made into the same CH/ST/Space
So you'll make a Quad Shell Stitch by working a bunch of Quad STs into the same CH/ST/Space
In the picture above I made 1 Quad into the next ST
2nd Quad into the same ST
3rd Quad into the same ST
4th Quad into the same ST
You could keep going to make your shells bigger if needed. I just made 4 Quads for my example shells
This is what the Quad Shell Stitch should look like when completed!
