Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Crochet Aligned Cobble Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And how to make the Triple Crochet Stitch (TR), tutorial here!
If you're starting from the beginning make chains in the multiple of 2 + 2
For the Aligned Cobble Stitch you'll work 2 rows alternating. 1 row of all 'foundation stitches', I'm using SCs for mine. Then you'll work the actual Aligned Cobble ST row. This will make all of you Aligned Cobbles show up on the same side of your work.

To start your Aligned Cobble row, CH 1
1 SC into 1st ST
1 TR into next ST
1 SC into next ST
1 TR into next ST
1 SC into next ST
Alternate between SC and TRs for the rest of your row
