First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make chains in an even number
Row 1: 1 SC in 2nd CH from hook, *CH 1, skip 1, 1 SC in next CH, repeat from * for your 1st row
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈
Row 2: 1 CH
Work 1 SC into 1st ST
CH 1
Skip over previous CH 1 space, 1 SC into next ST
*CH 1
Skip over previous CH 1 space, 1 SC into next ST
Repeat these steps from * until you reach the end of your row
Repeat row 2 for however long you want your project
This is what the Audrey Stitch should look like when completed!
