First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And how to make the Front Post Single Crochet Stitch (FPSC), tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make chains in a even number

Row 1: 1 SC into 2nd CH from hook, 1 SC into each CH accross
Row 2: Make 1 CH
Work 1 SC into 1st ST
Make 1 FPSC into next ST
1 SC into next ST
Make 1 FPSC into next ST
Alternate between these 2 STs for the rest of your row
Work 1 SC into the last ST of your row
This is what the Frosted Berries Stitch should look like when completed!
