Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on How To Start a Crochet Circle!
There are several ways to make a circle for crochet projects. Here I am bringing you just one technique! I have a tutorial on method #1 here!
I also have a tutorial on how to make the Magic Loop/Magic Ring/Magic Circle here too!
First you'll start this circle by making 4 Chains (CH). If you need a tutorial on how to make chains I have a tutorial here!
You'll then make a Slip Stitch (SL ST) into the 1 CH that you had made (the one farthest from your hook). I have a tutorial on how to make the Slip Stitch here!
The above picture shows a completed Slip Stitch through that 1st CH, making a circle. You will then be working stitches into that center circle.
Above is a photo of 10 Double Crochet Stitches (DC) (tutorial here!) worked into that center circle made with this Slip Stitch (SL ST) method!
