Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a new free pattern from me! My Classic C2C Blanket Pattern is easy to work up and cozy to snuggle in!
This blanket is a no brainer to make once you get the pattern down! Once it's made it's dense and perfect for chilly nights!
The sides are straight and even, so it's easy to add any border you like to this one!

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a I hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Slip Stitch (SL ST):

Pattern:
Row 1: Make 6 CHs, 1 DC into the 4th CH from your hook, 1 DC into each of the next 2 CHs
So you’ll have 3 DC made and some CHs to the right
Row 2/Increase Row: Make 6 CHs, 1 DC into the 4th CH from your hook, 1 DC into each of the next 2 CHs, flip your original block from Row 1, where the CHs are facing left, SL ST into the CHs from the original block of 3 DC + CHs, CH 3, make 3 DC into CH space you just SL ST’d into
Repeat this Row 2/Increase Row for how wide you want your blanket
Row 3/Decrease Row: CH 3, SL ST into the CH space of the block you just made, *Make 3 DC into the CH space you just SL ST'd into, SL ST into the CH space of the next block, Repeat the steps above from * until you reach the last block of this row, SL ST into the CH space of the last block in this row to complete
Repeat this Row 3/Decrease Row until your blanket is complete
