To begin make chains in the multiple of 4 + 3

Row 1: Make 3 DC into the 5th CH from your hook
Make 1 CH
Make 1 DC into that same CH with the 1st 3 DC
*Skip 3 CHs, make 3 DC into that next CH, CH 1, make 1 DC into that same CH
Repeat the steps above from * until you have 2 CHs left in your row
Skip 1 CH, make 1 DC into the last CH of Row 1
Row 2: Make 3 CHs
Into the space between the single DC and previous 3 DC, that CH 1 space we've been making, make that same Adjacent Shell: Make 1 DC, CH 1, make 3 DC into that same space
*Skip to the next CH 1 space, make that same Adjacent Shell: Make 1 DC, CH 1, make 3 DC into that same space
Repeat the steps above from * until you have 3 STs left in your row
Skip to last ST, make 1 DC into the last ST of Row 2
Repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
