Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Double Crochet Group Stitch!

First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! And how to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here!
To begin, make CHs in the multiple of 3
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈

Row 1: Make 3 CH
(Skip this step if you're working into CHs)

Skip 1st ST, work 2 DC into space between previous 2 DC
(If you're working into CHs, make these 2 DC into the 5th CH from your hook)

Skip 1 DC, work 2 DC into the next space between previous 2 DC
(If you're working into CHs, skip 1 CH, then make these 2 DC into the next CH)

Skip 1 DC, work 2 DC into the next space between previous 2 DC
(If you're working into CHs, skip 1 CH, then make these 2 DC into the next CH)

*Skip 1 DC, work 2 DC into the next space between previous 2 DC
(If you're working into CHs, skip 1 CH, then make these 2 DC into the next CH)

Repeat the step above from * until you reach the end of your row

Make 1 DC into the tops of the previous CHs of your last row
(If you're working into CHs, Make 1 DC into last CH)
Repeat Row 1 for however long you want your project
