Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Mini V Stitch!
First, with any project you’ll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you’ll need to know how to make Chains (CH)! And how to make the Half Double Crochet Stitch (HDC), tutorial here!
Starting at the beginning, make an even number of chains
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈
Row 1: Make 2 CHs
(If you're working into CHs, skip this step)
*Skip 1 ST/CH, work 1 HDC into previous Mini V ST space
(If you're working into CHs, make this HDC into the 4th CH from your hook)
Make 1 CH
Make 1 HDC into same space/CH
Repeat the steps above from * for the next Mini V space
Repeat the step above until you reach the end of your row
Make 1 HDC into the tops of the previous turning CHs
Repeat row 1 for however long you want your project
This is what the Mini V Stitch should look like when completed!
