First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And how to make the Slip Stitch (SL ST), tutorial here!
This tutorial will show how to make 1 ST, make the Picot, then how to secure that Picot.
Start by making a SC in the next ST
CH 3, this will be your Picot
Then SL ST into the center of the SC you made to secure those CHs
This is what the Crochet Picot Stitch should look like when completed!
