Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Trinity Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And how to make the Single Crochet Stitch Decrease, tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make a even # of CHs
Row 1: Make 1 SC into 2nd row from your hook, 1 SC into each CH across
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈
Row 2: CH 1
1 SC into 1st ST
Insert your hook back into that same ST, pull up a loop (2 loops on hook)
Insert your hook back into the next ST, pull up a loop (3 loops on hook)
Insert your hook back into the next ST, pull up a loop (4 loops on hook)
Take that loop through all of the loops on your hook
Make 1 CH
*Insert your hook back into that same ST, pull up a loop (2 loops on hook)
Insert your hook back into the next ST, pull up a loop (3 loops on hook)
Insert your hook back into the next ST, pull up a loop (4 loops on hook)
Take that loop through all of the loops on your hook
Make 1 CH
Repeat from * until you reach the last ST of the row
1 SC into last ST
Repeat row 2 for however long you want your project
