❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈

Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Tulip Stitch!

First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.

For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! And how to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here!

To start from the beginning, make chains in the Multiple of 4. Then you will work 1 Tulip ST in the 2nd CH from your hook, skip 2 CHs, work 1 Tulip ST, etc for your first row

To start your next row: Make 1 CH

Make 1 DC into the open space made from previous CHs

Make a 2nd DC into that same chain space with the 1st one you just made

Make 2 CHs

Make 1 SC in that same previous CH space with the DC STs

This is the Tulip ST: 2 DC, CH 2, 1 SC all together

Repeat this in each open space made from the previous CH 2 spaces

Make 1 SC in last ST of row

Repeat this row for however long you want your project

This is what the Tulip should look like when completed!

I also have a video tutorial for the Tulip Stitch here:
