A gorgeous V Stitch blanket with some extra steps!
Would look amazing in any color combo!

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a ‘I’ hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Single Crochet Stitch (SC):

Pattern:
Make chains in the multiple of 3, I made 150 CHs for my example blanket
Row 1: Make 1 SC into the 2nd CH from your hook, CH 1, SK 1 CH, 1 SC into the next CH, *CH 3, SK 2 CHs, 1 SC into the next CH, repeat the steps above from * until you have 2 CHs left in your row, CH 1, SK 1 CH, 1 SC into the last CH of this row
Row 2: Make 3 CHs, Skip 1st ST + previous CH 1 space, make 1 DC V into next previous SC, *SK previous CH 3 space, make 1 DC V into the next previous SC ST, Repeat the step above from * until you have 1 ST left in your row, make 1 DC into that last ST to complete this row
Row 3: Make 1 CH, 1 SC into the 1st ST, CH 1, SK 1 ST, 1 SC into the previous DC V space, *CH 3, SK to the next DC V space, Make 1 SC into that previous DC V space, Repeat the steps above from * until you have turning CHs left, CH 1, Make 1 SC into the top of those previous turning CHs
Alternate between Rows 2 & 3 for however long you want your project
