Pattern:

Pick your favorite way to start a circle or square, playlist above!

I used this tutorial here to start my circle,

Row 1: Make circle, CH 1, *1 PF, CH 1, 1 PF, CH 1, CH 3 more, repeat from * 3 more times, SL ST into the 1st PF made in this row to complete

Each 2 PFs are the sides and each CH 3 are the corners

Row 2: (Start at any corner space) Make 1 CH, *1 PF, CH 1, make 3 more CHs, 1 PF, CH 1, SK 1 ST/PF, 1 PF in-between previous STs, CH 1, SK 1 ST/PF, Next corner space, SL ST into the 1st PF made in this row to complete

Row 3: (Start at any corner space) Make 1 CH, *1 PF, CH 1, make 3 more CHs, 1 PF, CH 1

Side: SK each previous ST/PF, only work 1 PF in-between previous STs, always CH 1 after any PF

Corners: *1 PF, CH 1, make 3 more CHs, 1 PF, CH 1

So Row 3 is similar to Row 2, you’ll just have more spaces to make PF STs. You’ll continue to have more spaces with each Row you make going forward too.

Repeat Row 3 for how big you want your motif
