Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a new free pattern from me! My Unicorn Tracks Afghan, such a cute and fun pattern to make!
You only need to know 2 basic crochet stitches!
Very beginner friendly and works up quickly!
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a I hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK

Pattern:
Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 3, I made 150 chains for my example blanket
Row 1: (1 SC, CH 2, 1 DC) in 2nd CH from hook, *SK 2 CHs, (1 SC, CH 2, 1 DC) into next CH, repeat from * across
Row 2: CH 3, *work 3 DC into the open spaces from the previous CH 2s across, 2 DC into last ST/space
Row 3: CH 2, *SK 2 STs, (1 SC, CH 2, 1 DC) into next ST, repeat from * across, 1 SC into last ST/space
Alternate between Rows 2 & 3 for however long you want your project
