Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make my Hey Bestie Blanket!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this blanket pattern
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! How to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here! How to make the Front Post Single Crochet Stitch (FPSC), tutorial here! And how to make the Raised Hatch Stitch, tutorial here!

Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 4
Row 1: Make 2 DC into the 4th CH from your hook
*Skip 3 CHs, make 1 SC into the next CH
Make 3 CHs
Make 3 DC into the same CH, when you just made the SC
So all together in that CH: (1 SC, CH 3, 3 DC)
Repeat the steps above from * until you only have 4 CHs left
Skip 3 CHs, then make 1 SC into the last CH to complete this row
Row 2: Make 3 CHs
Make 2 DC into the 1st ST
*Skip 2 STs, make 1 FPSC over the next previous DC ST
Make 3 CHs
Make 3 DC into the next CH space
Repeat the steps above from * until you only have 2 STs + some CHs left
Skip those last 2 STs, then make 1 SC into the top of those last CHs to complete this row
You would now repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
This is what my Hey Bestie Blanket should look like when completed!
