Row 1: Make 20 CHs

Make 1 SC into the 2nd CH from your hook, then I SC into each CH across

Row 2: Make 3 CHs (Counts as 1 DC)
Now we are going to work our rectangle around these SC we made in Row 1

Make 2 DC into that 1st ST
*Skip 2 STs, make 3 DC into the next ST

Repeat the step above from * for the rest of this side

We are going to work around to the other side now
Make 3 CHs for our corner space

Make 3 DC into that same ST as the 3 DC you had just made

Make 3 CHs for our next corner space

Make 3 DC into that same ST as the 3 DC you had just made

Skip 2 STs, make 3 DC into the next ST
Repeat this step the rest of this side

We are going to work around this corner now
Make 3 CHs for our next corner space

Make 3 DC into that same ST as the 3 DC you had just made

Make 3 CHs for our next corner space

Then SL ST into the 1st CHs you made in this row to complete
Row 3: (Starting at any previous corner space) Make 5 CHs
Make 1 SC into that same corner space

*Make 3 CHs, SK 3 STs

Make 1 SC into next space between STs

Repeat the steps above from * until you reach the next corner space
1 SC, CH 3, 1 SC into that corner space
So now you would make 3 CHs to SK any 3 STs
Make 1 SC into any space between STs
Then the corner are: 1 SC, CH 3, 1 SC

Once you get back to the 1st CHs you made in this row, SL ST into those CHs to complete this row

Row 4: (Starting at any previous corner space) CH 3, make 2 DC into same space

Make 3 CHs

Make 3 DC into same corner space

Make 3 DC into next CH space
Repeat this step until you reach the next corner space

Next/Each Corner Space: 3 DC, CH 3, 3 DC
So you would now make 3 DC into any side CH space
And the corners stay the same: 3 DC, CH 3, 3 DC

Once you get back to the 1st CHs you made in this row, SL ST into those CHs to complete this row
You would now alternate between rows 3 & 4 for however long you want your project
