Photo Tutorial – How To Crochet: The Nexus Stitch!

Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Nexus Stitch!

First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch

For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! And how to make the Half Double Crochet Stitch (HDC), tutorial here!

 

❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈

Row 1: Make 1 HDC into the 2nd CH from your hook

1 HDC into the next CH

1 HDC into the next CH

So that's 3 made

*CH 3, skip 3 CHs

Make 1 HDC into each of the next 3 CHs

Repeat the steps above from * for the rest of your row

Row 2: Make 2 CHs

*Make 1 HDC into each of the next 3 STs

Make 3 CHs, skip previous CH 3 space

Repeat the steps above from * for the rest of your row

Repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project

This is what how the Nexus Stitch should look like when completed!
