It's only ONE stitch and ONE row repeated!
The texture is absolutely stunning!
Easy and quick to make!

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a ‘I’ hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Single Crochet Stitch (SC):

Pattern:
Make CHs in the multiple of 3, I made 162 for my example blanket
Row 1: SC into 2nd CH from your hook, make 1 CH, 1 DC into same CH as the SC you just made, *SK 2 CHs, (SC, CH 1, DC) all into the next CH, repeat from * until the last 4 CHs of your row, SK 2 CHs, make 1 SC into the next CH, CH 1, make 1 DC into the last CH of your row
Row 2: CH 2, (SC, CH 1, 1 DC) all into the 1st previous CH 1 space, *SK to next previous CH 1 space, (SC, CH 1, 1 DC) all into that space, repeat from * until the last ST of your row, make 1 SC into that last ST
Repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
Border:
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Single Crochet Stitch (SC):

Row 1: (Starting at corner) CH 2, 3 HDC into the corner space/ST, SK 1 ST, 1 SC into the next ST, SK 1 ST, 4 HDC into the next ST, repeat. At Corners: make 4 HDC into that space/ST.
