A new take on the regular Granny Stripe Blanket

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a I hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers

Color A: CA
Color B: CB
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Double Crochet Stitch (DC):

Pattern:
Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 3 + 1, I made 154 chains for my example blanket
Row 1: Starting with CA, make 1 DC into the 4th CH from your hook, *SK 2 CHs, 3 DC into the next CH, repeat from * for the rest of this row
Row 2: CH 3, *Skip 3 STs, CB: 3 DC into next space between STs, Skip 3 STs, CA: 3 DC into next space between STs, repeat from * until you reach the last CHs in this row, make 1 DC into those last CHs to complete this row
Row 3: With CB: CH 3, *Skip 3 STs, 3 DC into next space between STs, repeat from * until you reach the last CHs in this row, make 1 DC into those last CHs to complete this row
Row 4: CH 3, *Skip 3 STs, CA: 3 DC into next space between STs, Skip 3 STs, CB: 3 DC into next space between STs, repeat from * until you reach the last CHs in this row, make 1 DC into those last CHs to complete this row
Repeat Rows 2-4 for how long you want your project
