Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Charmed Cluster Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Half Crochet Stitch (HDC), tutorial here! How to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here! And how to make the Cluster Stitch (CL ST), tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 3 + 5
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈

Row 1: Start a CL ST into the 5th CH from your hook
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that 5th CH, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only

Skip 1 CH, then we'll finish that CL ST in the next CH
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that next CH, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through all the loops on your hook to complete that CL ST

Make 1 CH

*So we'll make the same CL ST in the next CH
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that next CH, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only,
Skip 1 CH, then we'll finish that CL ST in the next CH
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that next CH, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through all the loops on your hook to complete that CL ST

Make 1 CH
Repeat the steps above from * until you only have 1 CH left

Make 1 DC into that last CH to complete this row
Row 2: Make 2 CHs, these CHs count as 1 HDC

Make 1 HDC into the 1st ST
Make 1 HDC into the next CH
*Make 2 HDC into the next ST

Repeat the steps above from * until you only have 1 ST left

Make 1 HDC into that last ST to complete this row

Row 3: Make 3 CHs, these CHs count as 1 DC, so you can skip the 1st ST

Make the same CL ST we made in the 1st row, in the next ST, skip the next ST, then finish that CL ST in the next ST
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that next ST, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only,
Skip 1 ST, then we'll finish that CL ST in the next ST
Yarn over your hook, insert your hook into that next ST, grab that yarn, pull it through, pulling up 1 loop on your hook, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through 2 loops only, yarn over your hook 1 time, take that through all the loops on your hook to complete that CL ST

Make 1 CH

Repeat the steps above from * until you only have some CHs left

These CHs counted as 1 HDC, so into the top of those CHs make 1 DC to complete this row
You would now alternate between Rows 2 & 3 for however long you want your project

This is what the Charmed Cluster Stitch should look like when completed!
