Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make my Flower Moon Afghan!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this blanket pattern
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! How to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here! And how to make work in the Back Loops (BLO), tutorial here!

Starting from the beginning, make any number of chains. I made 152 chains for my example blanket
Row 1: Make 1 DC into the 3rd CH
Then make 1 DC into each CH across to complete this row
Row 2: Make 2 CHs
Skip 1st ST, make (1 DC, 1 HDC, 1 DC) into the next ST
*Skip 2 STs, make (1 DC, 1 HDC, 1 DC) into the next ST
Repeat the step above from * until you only have 1 ST left
Make 1 SC into that last ST to complete this row
Row 3: Make 2 CHs
You're going to work 1 DC into each ST, but only using the Back Loops of each ST
Turn your work where you're looking at the top of the stitches, the loop farthest away from your on each ST is the Back Loop
So then you'll make 1 DC into each ST, only using those Back Loops across to complete this row
You would now alternate between Rows 2 & 3 for however long you want your project
This is what my Flower Moon Afghan should look like when completed!
