Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Cluster Tab Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Single Crochet Stitch (SC), tutorial here! How to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here! And how to make the Cluster Stitch, tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 4 + 6

Row 1: Make a 3 DC Cluster into the 5th CH from your hook
Yarn over your hook 1 time, insert your hook into that CH, grab that yarn and pull it through, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through 2 loops only, repeat this 2 more times, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through all the loops on your hook to complete
*Make 1 CH
Skip 2 CHs, make 1 SC into the next CH
Make 3 CHs
Make a 3 DC Cluster into the next CH
Yarn over your hook 1 time, insert your hook into that CH, grab that yarn and pull it through, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through 2 loops only, repeat this 2 more times, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through all the loops on your hook to complete
Repeat the steps above from * until you have 2 CHs left in this row
Make 2 CHs
Skip 1 CH, make 1 DC into the last CH to complete this row|
Row 2: Make 4 CHs
Skip 1st ST, make a 3 DC Cluster into the 1st CH space
Yarn over your hook 1 time, insert your hook into that CH, grab that yarn and pull it through, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through 2 loops only, repeat this 2 more times, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through all the loops on your hook to complete
*Make 1 CH
Skip to next CH space, make 1 SC into that space
Make 3 CHs
Make a 3 DC Cluster into the same CH space
Yarn over your hook 1 time, insert your hook into that CH, grab that yarn and pull it through, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through 2 loops only, repeat this 2 more times, yarn over 1 time, take that yarn through all the loops on your hook to complete
Repeat the steps above from * until you only have CHs left in this row
Make 2 CHs
Make 1 DC into those last CHs to complete this row
You would now repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
