Thanks for visiting my page! Here is a written tutorial with photos on how to make the Puff Lattice Stitch!
First, with any project you'll need a crochet hook and yarn. Any yarn or hook will do for learning this stitch.
For this tutorial you'll need to know how to make Chains (CH), I have a tutorial here! How to make the Double Crochet Stitch (DC), tutorial here! How to make the Puff Stitch (PF ST), tutorial here! And how to make the Fir Stitch, tutorial here!
Starting from the beginning, make chains in the multiple of 6 + 3
❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈ ❈
Row 1: Make 1 DC into the 4th CH from your hook, CH 2, 1 DC into same CH as 1st DC made
*Skip 2 CHs, 1 PF ST + 1 CH into the next CH
Skip 2 CHs, (1 DC, CH 2, 1 DC) into the next CH
Repeat the steps above from * until you have 2 CHs left
Skip 1 CH, make 1 DC into the last CH to complete
Row 2: Make 3 CHs (Counts as 1 DC)
For this row you'll make the opposite stitches into the ones you made in row 1
If you have a PF ST, make (1 DC, CH 2, 1 DC) into any previous PF ST
If you have (1 DC, CH 2, 1 DC), make 1 PF ST + 1 CH into that previous CH space
Repeat the step above until you only have 2 STs left
Skip 1 ST, make 1 DC into the last ST to complete
You would now repeat between Row 2 for however long you want your project
This is what the Puff Lattice Stitch should look like when completed!
