Beautiful and easier to make than it looks!
Only a one row repeat pattern!
This pattern is reversable! It will look the same on the front and the back of your blanket

Here is the free pattern/tutorial:
Materials:
Yarn – Any yarn will work – I used Medium/DK weight for my example blanket
Crochet hook – Any hook will work – I used a ‘I’ hook for my example blanket – 5.5 MM
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Crochet Stitches Needed:
Chain – CH
Stitch – ST
Skip – SK
Single Crochet Stitch (SC):

Pattern:
Make chains in the multiple of 4, I made 152 CHs for my example blanket
Row 1: Make 2 DC into the 4th CH from your hook, *Skip 3 CHs, make 1 SC into the next CH, Make 3 CHs, Make 3 DC into the CH with that SC we made, Repeat the steps above from * until you have 4 CHs left in your row, Skip 3 CHs, make 1 SC into the last CH to complete this row
Row 2: Make 3 CHs, Make 2 DC into the 1st ST, Make 1 FPSC over/into the 3rd DC of the previous block of 3 DC, *Make 3 CHs, Into the previous CH 3 space make 3 DC into that space, Skip to the next block of previous 3 DC, make 1 FPSC into the 3rd one of that block, Repeat the steps above from * until you reach the last STs/CHs left in your row, Skip the STs, make 1 SC into the CHs at the end of this row to complete
You would now repeat Row 2 for however long you want your project
